This is what we have in mind:
· From your branches you interview applicants and send documents for all who pass to HR so as to be received no later than 28th January 2010.
· You suggest dates when HR can organize and join you at regional level to do 2nd interviews for some of those who had passed the first interviews. This entire and countrywide exercise should not go beyond Friday 28th February 2011 - in this regard please book your dates with me early.
We successfully had done this last year and we got candidates whom we hired within the entire year.
We are interested in a recruitment campaign for Finance Partners, Personal Finance Advisors, Tellers, Customer Advisors, Customer Service Assistants, Transaction Processing Officers, Sales Executives.
