Beverage Services Kenya Limed is a company affiliated with The Coca-Cola Company. Our core business is to manufacture and sell still Beverages with our main brand being Minute Maid juices.
We seek to recruit a result oriented individual for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager
The Job
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the sales, marketing and distribution strategies that meet the organizations objectives.
- Coordinate and manage the yearly marketing budget to deliver brand equity and market share.
- Develop world class results on customer service, sales and supply management, as well as outlet execution.
- Operational management of the sales and marketing department
- Carry out customer research, evaluate market conditions and implement marketing plans & changes as needed.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a holder of
- A degree in Business management from a recognised university
- Over 5 years experience in sales and marketing preferably within the FMCG, 3 of which should be at managerial level.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Creative and innovative in marketing strategies
- Good communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must have good analytical and decision making skills.
