Technical Sales Engineer

Technical designs & sales of irrigation and greenhouse solutions

We are a highly successful company which imports, supplies, installs and services agricultural Machinery and irrigation solutions.

These new positions have been created to further expand the market and technical service delivery to our clients.

Reporting directly to Irrigation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for technical sales, designs
and supervising the implementation of diverse, complex and even automated irrigation systems, water supplies projects and greenhouse solutions.

He/she will ensure that the project implementation teams have the materials, technical know how and logistical support required implementing their assigned projects within the time and costing estimates. It will also be his/her responsibility to provide clients with timely and comprehensive updates on the progress of their projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate is likely to hold a university degree in an engineering discipline and preferably hold a postgraduate qualification in sales/designs.
• Applicants should have at least five years experience in designs, surveying, mapping fields and use of modern IT software.
• Excellent time management skills, communication and planning skills are the other key requirements for this position.
