Our Client has been in business since 1996 as a low cost health care provider targeting, primarily, the middle class.
As a ‘One Stop’ heath care provider, they offer comprehensive medical services encompassing consultation, pharmacies, laboratories and radiology units and now in-patient services.
It currently has ten healthcare facilities located in different parts of the city. Due to business expansion, they need to hire a brand manager to manage the brand and communications and responsible for developing appropriate brand strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a branding strategy to position the brand that helps the business meet its objective.
- Provide overall guidance on all communication material for the organization
- Development and execution of communication strategy and advertising plans
- Enhance the corporate identity of the brand
- Provide leadership for the marketing team
- Coordinate surveys to measure customer satisfaction both internal and external customers
- Establish industry issue management mechanisms
- Coordinate all corporate responsibility programmes, corporate sponsorship, corporate advertising and corporate events.
- Work closely with vendors and partners in business development for new products
The Ideal Candidate should have;
- A degree in a marketing from a recognized university, or social and business related degree with a postgraduate qualification in marketing management.
- 3 to 5 years experience working in a busy marketing department.
- A thorough understanding of marketing functions
- A good understanding of the Kenyan Consumer and market
- Previous experience in brand management in a service industry will be an added advantage
