Farm Laborer Supervisors required for a busy exporter of fruit & vegetables with over 350 employees, based in Naivasha.
Duties
· Managing and Monitoring a team of 30 laborer
· Ensuring hygiene Standards of company are maintained
· Training and Developing staff and hygiene and best practice role
· Produce for cast for sales
· Role is outdoor
Requirements
· A great attitude and will to succeed
· A Certificate of Education KCSE grade C and above
· Experience of working with people
· Leadership skills
· Over 25 years old
· Keen, enthusiastic and willing to take on challenge
· Agricultural experience an advantage-but not essential;
Salary 8-12k plus transport to the farm from Naivasha town plus subsided canteen on site.
