Logistics Officer and Office Manager Jobs

Office Manager
This new post will effectively manage administration and IT systems for a busy country programme, including facilities, IT, travel and Juba fleet movement management. 
We are looking for someone with a degree in administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years working for an INGO (ideally of over 500 staff) as Office Manager.  Strong management experience and communication skills are needed as well as resourcefulness and creativity to develop the role and ensure effective services.

Procurement Manager
Responsible for the overall coordination and smooth operations of moving all requests submitted by Juba and field staff in a timely manner through the proper procedures for purchasing goods and services. This includes tracking all reoccurring and project specific requests, coordinating with a large number of specialized vendors, and reviewing work done by Procurement Officers and Assistant.
We are looking for someone with Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related field with at least 5 years of experience managing large scale NGO administrative functions.  High computer literacy, able to work independently and multi-task including strong facilitation skills in an ever changing, dynamic environment.  Excellent written and spoken English, experience in negotiating contracts with vendors and in coaching staff.  Capable and willing to be extremely flexible.
Logistics Officer – fleet
Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of smooth movement, maintenance, and planning of vehicles including daily vehicle movement schedule in Juba, organising maintenance schedule, report and analysis, ensuring proper documentation for Juba and field sites.
We’re looking for a person with a degree in Administration/Logistics or related field with vehicle maintenance experience with at least 3 years experience managing large scale NGO logistical functions.
