SECRETARY KISUMU
TERMS OF REFERENCE
- Working in close relations and liaising with the PPP secretary in Nairobi
- Maintain and update file/folders e.g filing, file labels, and create new folders
- Update and maintain office contacts database for Kisumu
- Assist the Head of office in maintaining basic day to day administration
- Draft and dispatch correspondence and handle logistic issues for the PPP personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Update and maintain list of suppliers
- Manage the PPP staff’s calendar
- Assist in sourcing for quotations for PPP project items such as stationery, medical equipment, etc as may be required.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and PPP staff
- to have basic office skills
- computer literate
- diploma
- perfect English
- To live in Kisumu or area of Kisumu
she will be responsible of administrative and logistic. Italian Cooperation can offer three months probation contract and up to one year contract (until the end of the year).
