Large IT global organization is seeking Call Center Representatives to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose: To communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner to ascertain the customers needs for product and delivery times.

Job Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient use of keyboard, alpha and numeric
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong organization skills
  • Fresh graduates highly encouraged to apply.
