Conversion Manager Job in Kenya - ICT Security Solutions Company

One of the world’s leading ICT Security Solutions Company seeks to recruit a Conversion Manager for its Kenyan clients.

This exciting position requires an experienced resource with a keen eye for detail, supervisory skills and excellent customer service skills.

The Conversion Manager, will:

• Manage a two-shift production environment to successfully achieve desired production, goals, in accordance with the conversion management procedures.
• Track quality and production requirements against established goals and define and implement adjustments as required.
• Interface with the CUSTOMER and upper management providing on-going status, issue identification and resolution and planning updates.
• Identify and address personnel issues related to on-going conversion operations.

For this purpose, the Conversion Manager’s skills are:

• Previous management experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of fingerprints and APFIS technology
• Previous experience in fingerprint conversion environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels
• Ability to provide positive motivation workforce to achieve desired production goals and maintain required quality standards.
