Executive Assistant to CEO/Deputy CEO

This is a short description of what the EA will be expected to do.
 
Executive Assistant to CEO/Deputy CEO
·         Coordinate work flow in the CEO’s/DCEO’s office:
o   Take initiative in the CEO’s/DCEO’s absence to keep projects on schedule and update delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
o   Ensure that interaction with CEO’s/DCEO’s business and personal contacts is graciously and cordially stewarded.  
o   Serve as a liaison between the CEO’s/DCEO’s office and staff.
o   Coordinate the scheduling of the CEO’s/DCEO’s internal meetings.
·         Calendar management and meeting coordination:
o   Manage and maintain CEO’s/DCEO’s calendar.
o   Coordinate travel, scheduling and meeting requirements including logistics and itineraries.
·         Handle confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion.
·         Provide general administrative support including preparation of presentations and other documentation.
·         Manage office diver assigned to CEO/DCEO.
·         Handle the receipt and review of all incoming mail for CEO/DCEO.
·         Organise office events, cocktails and meetings.
 
Requirements
First degree in business administration or related field and at least 5 years experience in office administration.
