Qualifications
· A degree / Masters in HR.
· Minimum 3 years experience in factory set-up
· Training oriented
·Soft skills in HRIS applications.
·Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
· Good problem solving skills
·Good analytical skills
· Interpersonal skills.
