Reporting to Commercial Director, the manager will oversee a team of territory managers covering the East and Central Africa region.

- Degree holder in business related course or IT
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in distribution of FMCG products preferably in ICT
- Tangible experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proven track record for development of sustainable distribution channels
- Demonstrated team play, leadership and human resource management qualities
- Proficiency in performance management tools
- Open minded and possess a great sense of detail
- Passionate about consumers.
Territory Manager
Position requirements:
Working in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Manager manage distribution outlets within specific geographical regions in the ECA territories.

- Degree or diploma holder in IT related course
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in sales of FMCG products
- Self driven and passionate about sales as well as customer service
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Possession of clean driving license and a passport
