Marketing Representatives Job in Kenya

A leading manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking to recruit aggressive Marketing Representatives to join our existing team.

Core function:

• Distributor management and Direct Selling across all trade channels.

Requirements:

• A graduate in Marketing/economics from a recognized university.
• Minimum two years experience in FMCG Sales, merchandising and retailing activation.
• Able and willing to travel and work with targets.
• Proficient in computer packages.
• Ability to make and follow through regional marketing Sales plans as per the trade challenges.
• Ability to work with and manage distributors & the re-distribution process down to the smallest channels.
• Do personal selling.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years driving experience with a valid BCE license.
• 25-32yrs of Age.
