The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) a body corporate established under an Act of Parliament wishes to inform that it offers distribution services as a commission agent for selected high quality farm inputs.
During the current planting season, NCPB wishes to provide agency services for distribution of quality fertilizers from fertilizer importing firms without established distribution channels/franchise in the country.
NCPB therefore welcomes interested firms to inquire for provision of the agency services by writing to NCPB and enclosing a company profile and audited financial statements for period ending not earlier than 2007.
If in the assessment of NCPB, an inquiry is considered to be potentially viable, further follow-up will be made to the address indicated in the inquiry letter. The inquirer will then be invited for discussions and negotiations on the detailed terms of the princip al/agent engagement relationship.
NCPB has a wide network located close to farming communities making its network ideal as outlet for farm inputs.
In addition to the agency service, NCPB offers a wide range of products including high quality rice at both retail and wholesale quantities in all its branches countrywide.
Other services available include warehousing, grain cleaning and grain drying among other related services.
