An established ICT company wishes to recruit competent and highly motivated individuals for the following positions;

Sales Representatives
(Nairobi and Nakuru)

Qualifications, Experience, Duties and Skills

• Bachelor of Marketing/ Commerce or Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales for Higher Diploma holders and 3 for the Bachelor holders.
• Minimum 3yrs of driving experience.
• Present & sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans & schedules to identify specific targets & to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
• Must be computer Literate with excellent skills in power point preparation and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills and sound knowledge in office management.
• Age; 32yrs and above

Uganda Sales Representative

Qualifications, Experience, Duties and Skills

• Graduate in Marketing/ Commerce.
• 5 years experience in Sales.
• Minimum 3yrs driving experience.
• Launch a new product (currently in Kenya) and promote it in East Africa and the African region.
• Prepare action plans & schedules to identify specific targets & to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
• Communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Overall responsibility of the country representatives.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
• Citizenship; Kenya/ East Africa.
• Must be computer Literate; Skills in power point preparation and presentations.
• Preferably male, 32yrs and above.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Sound Knowledge in office management;
• Coordinating the sales team;
• Capability to sell a product in a Virgin/unknown market.
