Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Arusha
Purpose of the Position
To coordinate administrative functions, estate management and guest relations
Major Responsibilities
Ensure L';al :':le offices and premises are in acceptable standard of cleanliness
Coordinate guest relation functions (visitor's travel, inquires, accommodation) and signing of child protection forms Facilitate repair/maintenance of estates at head office
Facilitate all service providers for administrative services(canteen, gardening, security, fumigation, sanitary ware) Prepare, monitor departmental budget and timely submission of the required reports
Facilitate reception/front desk functions
Facilitate all internal/external mails/currier services are timely and properly handled
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Human Resources or related field from recognized or accredited University with at least 2 years working experience in the /.tJd.
Computer skills
Knowledge of estate management and guest relations
