» Head of Platinum Customer Service Experience
Platinum Customers are a valuable asset in terms of their value to the business. This person will provide the leadership for defining and operationalising the strategy for the Platinum Customer Base of the Business, which comprises of postpaid customers, high end Diamond and Platinum customers.
» Head of Risk and Credit
One of the key activities our client wants to undertake is the Risk & credit portfolio. Right credit policy makes a large impact on bottom-line of the business by striking a right balance between risk reduction and revenue opportunities. This person will provide the leadership for defining and Operationalising the Strategy for Risk & Credit for their postpaid customer base.
  Business Analyst / Project Manager
The purpose of this role is to serve as a liaison between the business and organizations in the implementation of solutions and enhancements to existing applications supplied by the business.
» Manager Sourcing Services and Products
The purpose of this job role is to lead and anchor strategic sourcing and contracts for products in the categories of products S&D, marketing, CPE, SIMS and RCV amongst others; ensure best value for money spend; work towards building a vendor eco-system.
» Head  of Contact Experience (Service Recovery)
The purpose of this role is to plan and strategies Customer Interface service recovery and complaint Management mechanism including financials, which delights end customer and thus achieving organization vision of loved by more customers. The core job involves mapping customer experience requirements Vs capabilities across Africa continent.
  Head of Inbound Contact Experience (Post Paid)
This person must be able to draft strategic policies and experience oriented programs, execution of the programs and centrally manage day to day CE operations in all the countries. Furthermore, delivery of business KPIs like Financials, customer experience, strategic projects, revenue generation through up sell and process compliance.
» Head of Inbound Contact Experience (Pre Paid)
As the Head of Inbound Contract experience, this person must also be able to draft strategic policies and experience oriented programs, execution of the programs and centrally manage day to day CE operations in all the countries. Furthermore, delivery of business KPIs like Financials, customer experience, strategic projects, revenue generation through up sell and process compliance.
» Partner Relationship Management
You will be responsible for our clients approved partner list; satisfying partners and the client body; the high level of performance of partners; fair selection of partners, and establishing performance score cards.
» Application Management L1
This individual must ensure understanding business impact associated with problems and keeps the customer informed as part of the resolution process. They should be able to retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual
» Application Management L2
This person must be able to work together with other local technical groups in order to resolve customer issues effectively. Provide assistance to team members and achieve individual and team tasks. Work together with external technical groups in order to resolve customer issues effectively.
» Infra Management L1
This person must have a thorough understanding of the OS and applied software in use.
» Infra Management L2
This person must have a thorough understanding of the OS and applied software in use.
