The 5 tent luxury camp is located in the Selous, Tanzania. This position is open to a strong camp management couple or two single managers (Front of House and Back of House) who have a minimum of six years experience in a similar position.

The 5 tent luxury camp is located in the Selous, Tanzania. This position is open to a strong camp management couple or two single managers (Front of House and Back of House) who have a minimum of six years experience in a similar position.
Back of House duties include
- Cost control/stores management
- Remote logistics procurement
- F&B stocks
- Management of workshop, vehicles, boats, generators and other machinery, fuel & lubricants
- General maintenance & repairs
- Camp accounts
Essential requirements
- Proven ability and experience to oversee the repairs and maintenance of the camp, including vehicles, build, plumbing, generators
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent staff management and mentoring skills
- Good IT skills (Tally 9, Word, Excel)
- Good Swahili a definite added advantage.
- Must be highly efficient
- Must be physically fit
Front of House duties include
- Quality control - Kitchen, mess, rooms
- Human Resource management
- End of month reports
- Park fees & Regulations
- Imprest requirements
- Shop management and accountability
- Medical stock
Essential requirements
- Detail and quality focused
- Possess a passion for excellent food
- Excellent people and hostessing skills
- Excellent staff management and mentoring skills
- Good Swahili a definite added advantage.
- Creative personality
- Must be physically fit
Both incumbents must have a minimum of six years of working with Tanzanian or Kenyan staff.
Staff management and mentoring are an extremely important part of the position.

- Three months on duty, 2 weeks off duty.
- Flights into and out of camp provided.
