Primary Responsibilities
As part of prepaid retention, a key activity is to monitor & analyze the customer trends for all OpCos. This includes REC build up, REC decay, segment wise daily inactivity trends. This involves interacting with all OpCos on a daily basis, getting the reports & putting the charts together for understanding & analysis. All the RCA and action there on depends on the speed & quality of data collation & analysis. As a key action, the prepaid retention team drives campaign management for winback of customers and the various initiatives to enable campaigns and communication. The efficacy of all these initiatives depends upon reviewing this on a daily basis and course correction.
The key role will be:
- Interact with the OpCos on a daily basis. Ensure availability of daily inactivity trackers by segment and list down the key take aways
- REC analysis for OpCos – ensuring all charts and putting them together with observations
- Churn analysis by OpCo – put the churn by AON, Segment, value and highlight the take aways
- Weekly campaign management dashboard to ensure that the inactive base is adequately addressed by campaigns
- Dashboards on beach comber & MAMO utilization on a weekly basis to ensure optimum utilization
- Track sim swaps on a weekly basis & raise alarms where ever applicable
- Track all new initiatives that may be launched (e.g. phone book back up) & circulate OpCo wise dashboards
skills and requirments
- Graduate
- Work experience 2 – 5yrs in the relevant field
- Excellent computer literacy with expertise on MS office – Excel, Access, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SQL
