Our client, an upcoming Flower farm located in Thika is looking for an experienced reliable Farm Manager to supervise the growing of summer flowers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate flower farming operations
- Overseeing and coordinating production process from planting to harvesting including pest control, weed management, field cultivation, compost and seed production, and harvest.
- Effective operation and maintenance of the spray and fertilization systems in the farm.
- Supervise other employees working on the farm
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a diploma in agriculture
- Have basic irrigation experience including irrigation equipment like the water pumps
- Mature self driven and organized personality.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a flower farm
