To maintain creditors’ records, maintain cashbooks, do bank reconciliation and prepare periodic financial statement.

Main Purpose of the Job
To maintain creditors’ records, maintain cashbooks, do bank reconciliation and prepare periodic financial statement.
Field of Responsibilities
- To maintain and update creditors ledger and salary advances;
- To maintain cashbooks for all the Company’s bank accounts and reconcile the cash books with the bank statements;
- Accounting for revenue received and expenses incurred;
- Completes both monthly and annual accounts entries/computations in time;
- Stimulates staff performance by availing necessary tools and other requirements for their work;
- Determines when to process payments for the creditors and petty cash float for the company;
- Calculate Salary and Wage amounts for Lee Construction;
- Prepares Payroll in consultation with HR & Administration Department
- Maintaining fixed asset register; and
- Facilitating Audit by external auditors.

Academic: B. Com. Degree(Accounting or Finance) or Business Administration
Professionals: CPA(K); Computer Literacy; knowledge of using Accounting Softwares
Experience: 5 years as an accountant
