- Managing the Human resources and administrative functions, including implementing strategies, policies, systems and processes aligned to the mission and objectives of the organization.
- Maintenance of effective harmonious industrial and employee relations.
- Effective administration of general support services, security issues and insurance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Studies plus Post qualification Diploma in HRM.
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in HR Management including development of HR policies and procedures.
- Good working knowledge of current Kenya Labour and Income Tax Laws.
