Human Resources and Administration Manager Job

A well established, reputable organization in the hospitality industry, in Nairobi, wishes to recruit a Human Resources and Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Human resources and administrative functions, including implementing strategies, policies, systems and processes aligned to the mission and objectives of the organization.
  • Maintenance of effective harmonious industrial and employee relations.
  • Effective administration of general support services, security issues and insurance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Social Studies plus Post qualification Diploma in HRM.
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in HR Management including development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of current Kenya Labour and Income Tax Laws.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, coaching and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
