Key Account Supervisor Job in Kenya


Job Title: Key Account Supervisor

Company Profile:

A multinational company that deals in the Manufacturing and Production of Nutritional and dairy products, coffee, tea, beverages, chocolate and confectionery

Reporting to: Key Accounts Manager

Main Purpose of the Job
  • Ensuring that there is 100% availability of products in Modern Trade outlets and implementation of Planograms in the outlets.
  • Placement of POP objectives for both Food & Beverage and Nutrition categories.
  • To manage & lead the merchandisers in store execution.
  • Maintaining good relationship with the outlet branches.
  • To sell Nestle products into key accounts outlets assigned and collection of payments
Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
  • At least a college Diploma in sales and Marketing with 3-5 years commercial experience.
  • Minimum 2 years selling experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.
  • Attitude: challenging, resilient, team player, initiative taker, proactive, positive and ambitious, leadership skills and networking skills
  • Knowledge: Kenya modern trade understanding and regional trends
  • Customer management skills, negotiation and influential ability.
  • Good communication and selling skills
  • Should be a good planner and organized
  • Good driving skills and with a clean drivers licence
  • Disciplined and with a good attitude
  • A team player
  • Leadership skills
Performance Indicators
  • Achievement of Category, volume, value & RIG target at a market level.
  • Achievement of the outlets monthly targets.
  • Effective communication to the Merchandisers
  • Management of POPM in the outlets
  • Proper customer management
  • Proper management of bad goods in the outlets
