The Principal Accountabilities include:
- Provide and interpret financial information
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
- Analyze change and advise accordingly
- Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
- Research and report on factors influencing business performance
- Analyze competitors and market trends
- Develop financial management mechanism that minimize financial risk
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, suppliers, bankers and statutory organizations
- Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Manage budgets
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or ACCA qualification
- At least four (4) years progressive job related experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and can work well under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
