The Position
Job Title: Business Leader – Business Development & Sales
Job category: Senior Management level
Position Summary
The incumbent must be a dynamic and results-oriented individual with proven expertise in business development and sales (BPO & ITES); negotiation and implementation of both local and global programmes.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrate extensive business development and sales experience of a similar nature in a highly competitive environment with at least 5 years in the BPO & ITES industry or a similar highly competitive service industry. Previous experience within the ITES industry is an added advantage
- Well developed understanding of generating sales, marketing and business development strategy and implementation with demonstrated ability to deliver on ROI
- In addition, experience in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers.
- Experience of brand building and brand development
- Proven strategic aptitude and strong leadership skills are a prerequisite
