Alliance High School Finance Officer, Farm Manager, Librarian and Learning Resource Centre Technician Jobs in Kikuyu Kenya

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the following vacancies in a well established institution. 

The candidate should be dynamic, result oriented individual, who is a team player, honest and with integrity and possesses excellent communication skills.
 
1. Finance Officer
  • At least a C (Plus) in KCSE with good grades in Mathematics and English.
  • A minimum of CPA (Final.
  • Bcom, accounting option from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with accounting procedures in educational institutions for at least 5 years.
  • Computer literate and conversant with the use of ICT in Financial Management.
  • Proven ability to prepare final financial accounts.
2. Farm Manager
  • At least a C (Minus) in KCSE with good passes in Agriculture and Biology
  • Diploma in animal health and production with a certificate in AI.
  • 4 years experience working in a mixed farm
  • Knowledge in practical crop production will be necessary
  • Knowledge in computer book keeping and driving license may be an added advantage.
3. Librarian
  • Should have at least C (Plain) in KCSE with good passes in English / Kiswahili.
  • Have at least a Diploma in Information Science or Library Sciences from an accredited institution by the Kenya Library Association.
  • Good knowledge on Library policies, procedures, methods, ethics and professional standards.
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized library
  • Should have a minimum of 4 years working experience in a busy institution library.
4. Learning Resource Centre Technician
  • At least a C (Minus) in KCSE with good passes in Mathematics and English.
  • A Diploma in Computer Engineering, Repair and Maintenance or related courses.
  • Ability to carry out regular maintenance and caring of electronic and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to manage the E-learning and internet facilities as well as the LAN.
  • At least 3 years experience in a busy computer laboratory or workshop.
