Demand Programs Professional
- Job Purpose:
- The purpose of this position is to carry out end to end activities aimed towards proper planning of marketing; brand promotion, sales and distribution at strategic and operational level of the company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding accountability for the brands, customer sets and business leaders for delivering agreed to levels of program results.
- Developing the program strategy which supports the business strategy/objectives and integrates the right mix of Demand Generation, Channel Enablement, Channel Co-Marketing, Thought Leadership, Relationship Marketing, Communications, and Direct Response Advertising.
- Collaborating with marketing discipline peers (MM, MI, MCO, External Relations, and Corporate/Brand Advertising) to ensure that messages are well coordinated and timed in the marketplace.
- Creating a plan that encompasses a 360-degree execution plan after finalizing unique value proposition, defined targeted audience segment to prioritized industries and determined the selected product/solution offerings through a specific route to market.
- Has a responsibility to manage the program budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives.
- Owning and managing agency and vendor relationships in support of the integrated program plan.
To be considered for this position, one must;
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Have at least 5 years experience in Marketing Management in contexts in which the demand patterns are complex and require structured and analytical planning
- Have Demonstrated abilities to understand and carry out demand or market planning
- Have experience in conceptualizing, designing and steering marketing; brand promotion and distribution strategy ad action plans
- Possess proven abilities to apply conceptual and analytical judgment incorporating through proactive benchmarking and market intelligence
- Experience in service oriented or high capital commodity environment is an added advantage
- Demonstrate good presentation and communications skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
