Overview:

Key responsibilities & Functions:

On-site Management Consulting (social input and overview, administrative and financial management) KfW experience (would be of advantage) Management of multicultural team, very good social competence (human resource management) Talent to develop and maintain good relationship with national and local authorities and other intervenient in project realization Capable to provide organizational and legal inputs Must have hands on experience in working with children (specifically Child Labour/Child Trafficking)in Africa eg: social projects, setting up humanitarian projects etc. Assignment duration: From end of 2010 for approximately 2 or 3 years Education: University degree in Sociology / Ethnology or degree of similar level (B.Sc., M. Sc, PhD) with proven long experience Professional Experience:   5 years of profound experience, preferable in Africa and especially in Western and Central Africa Language Skills: French (strong speaking and writing skills), German (desirable)
