Overview:
- Reading, monitoring and responding to email
- Answering calls and handling queries
- preparing correspondence
- Liaising with staff, clients and other relevant stakeholders
- Booking meetings
- Managing the managers electronic diary
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
Requirements:
Education: Relevant Office Management or Secretarial Degree
Soft skills: Efficient
Self-motivated
Organized
Good communicator
Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
