Personal Assistants

CA Global: Africa Positions has a client that is in need of Personal Assistants. The position is available in the following countries:  
Tanzania, Angola and Madagascar 
Our client would prefer to recruit citizens of each country for each position 
Overview: 
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to email
  • Answering calls and handling queries
  • preparing correspondence
  • Liaising with staff, clients and other relevant stakeholders
  • Booking meetings
  • Managing the managers electronic diary
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems

 
Requirements:
Education: Relevant Office Management or Secretarial Degree
Soft skills: Efficient
            Self-motivated 
            Organized
            Good communicator
            Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
