We are looking to recruit suitable persons to strengthen our sales team and fill the position of Technical Sales Engineer. The applicants are expected to be self driven and, creative, to have keen business acumen and strong analytical mind, ability to qUickly analyze & present opportunities, excellent interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills for maintaining interfaces with different functions, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision, they should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
The Technical Sales Engineer shall manage the sales of Compressors and Corghi tyre service equipments and provide after sales service to customers across the country.
Job Responsibilities: (Not Exhaustive, but Indicative of the general nature of the job)
• To plan and achieve Sales of Compressors and Tyre service equipments.
• Provide after sales service to all the customers in Dar Es Salaam and the branches of the company.
• Maintain personal relationships with all customers to build business.
• To prOVide technical analysis and advice customers accordingly.
• Support and monitor sales in the branches.
• To be innovative to identify new clients and generate sales.
• Foreseeing the essential spares requirement and forecast the needs.
• Aggressively seeking sales to achieve the set targets.
Requirements
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in handling technical sales of equipments.
• Experience in handling servicing of compressors and small equipments.
• Strong communication in Kiswahili and English
• Should have good working knowledge of Computer
• Has to be a graduate in mechanical engineering studies or equivalent.
