Personal Assistant to Managing Director Cum Human Resource Admin

Personal Assistant to Managing Director Cum Human Resource Admin based in industrial area(Mombasa Road) for a global refrigeration company.

Department:
Admin /Human Resources
Reports to:
Managing Director
Overall Responsibility:
-         payroll
-       Supervise office staff and interface with all levels of management
-       Prepare Business Correspondence for MD
Key areas of responsibility:
-       Overlook office staff & deals with all HR issues as follows:
o   Administration of Leaves
o   Filling all payroll records
o   Receive, sort, and file monthly personnel action reports
o   Statutory Deductions I.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and any others
o   Salary Advances
o   Staff Medical Insurance
o   Staff Uniforms & IDs
o   Assisting in Recruitment
o   Staff welfare
-       Read & respond to emails on behalf of MD in a prompt & professional manner
-       Organize meetings & MD travel schedules 
Consults with
-       All levels of management 
-       Accounts department
-       Technical department
Term of employment
Annual on permanent basis
 Qualifications
-       University/College Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management.
-       Experience in an active HR Department.
-       Strong sense of customer service
-       Good organizational skills
-       Proficient use of excel, word & powerpoint
-       Supervisory/HR/ experience in a corporate environment
-       Flexibility in working hours
-       Age: late 20's onwards

Salary Scale: KShs. 40,000.00 gross monthly (Basic)
