Job Description:
• Developing and implementing Business plans for the Geography as per the process defined in consultation with Management.
• Business Opportunity Creation and Managing P&L for the entity to achieve business & organization results while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
• Revenue generation and continuously improving relationship with the customers.
• Strategically analyzing the needs with respect to ICT products & solutions and Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on technology, solution knowledge and other customer's business process.
• Booking orders, drive Revenue Recognition as per policy and standards, and ensuring timely Collection as per agreed Business Plan
• Identifying and appointing of new partners, developing and growing business with existing partners as per defined process and policy
• Building Relationships with Eco-system (Consultants, Technology Partners, Analysts, Governing bodies, Industry Association) in defined geography for initiating new projects.
• Proactive Participation in IT & SI (Telecom, Banking, Power, Health, e-Gov, & Learning) upcoming projects and establishing favorable specifications for the same thereby increasing winning chances for HCL Infosystems.
• Participating in events & exhibitions for creating & enhancing brand image of HCL.
• Spearheading HCL's tactical moves into the international market through market mapping and inducting new strategic initiatives for business promotion / growth.
• Business Forecasting - anticipation of happenings in advance for proper planning and accurate business forecast.
• Identifying potential business from existing accounts and penetration into new accounts for new business.
• Review & Reporting - Conducting a structured formal review of performance on a weekly basis, as well as, appraisal of the reporting team vis-à-vis projections and preparing consolidated reports for the geography to enable corporate business reviews as per defined process & frequency.
• Timely completion of repatriation cause & adherence to company policies and procedures.
Experience Level: Around 10-20 years handling
The candidate must be open to travel within and outside the Geo/country. Must possess a valid passport and driving license in the geography.
Knowledge of multiple languages apart from English will be an added advantage.
