We are looking for energetic young salesmen to pioneer the launch and sale of an alcoholic beverage in Nairobi.
Duties
- Achieve set sales volume targets and recruitment of outlet
- targeted retail coverage and call frequency
- Ensure outlets are stocked and avoid stock outs
- To run retail promotion activities as planned
- Ensure POS material is placed to dominate in-store and outdoor visibility
- Monitor and communicate competitor plans activities and recommendations
- Develop good trade relationships
- Daily and weekly reporting
- A diploma holder in sales and marketing
- Experience in direct selling
- Good communication skills
- A commission structure based on number of cases sold
- With an opportunity to earn from Kshs. 15,000/-pm
