Main Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for day to day running of all retail operations
- Primary responsibility for ensuring completeness of documentation at the shop
- Responsible for sales & profits performance
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff to ensure that; proper merchandise arrangement within shop floor, proper cleaning of space and merchandise, customers are adequately served, opening and closing hours are observed.
- Plan procurement in line with selling to maintain optimum stock situation
- Control MPESA outlet transactions
- Supervise Banking and cashing.
- Authorize cash outs
- Inspect merchandise at receiving
- Daily reporting to directors by email on sales, banking, stocking etc
- Receive and address all customer complaints
- Make suggestions and proposals for business improvement to Directors
- Act as Project Manager for new stores opening

Other application requirements
- Must have 2yrs experience in a busy supermarket or other retail outlet
- Must be conversant with ms word, excel, email
- Must indicate current and expected remuneration
