Hotel General Manager
The jobholder will be responsible to the investors and owners of the establishment. His/her role will include:
- Ensure the provision of excellent guest services
- Oversee all the operations of the serviced apartments
- Supervision of the six (6) staff including front desk, accounts, sales and marketing
- Management of relationships and contracts with external suppliers or service providers
- Management the relationship of key corporate or individual clients
- Manage the facility and ensure protection of all the assets
- Degree/Higher Diploma in hotel management
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Team management and leadership experience in a hotel environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create the right impression as well as market the hotel to potential clients
- Computer literate
- Well developed customer/guest relationship skills
- Accounts knowledge will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Great attention to detail
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- High degree of honesty and integrity
